The RCCFA Association is an expert association in the field of trusted digital technologies, artificial intelligence, consciousness research, and industrial security.

We bring together the scientific community, industry, government agencies, and technology companies to develop, evaluate, and implement trusted digital solutions. The Association is developing technologies in artificial intelligence, distributed ledgers, digital financial assets, data analysis systems, and intelligent industrial security — including solutions for the mining, energy, and other critically important industries. We are researching fundamental and applied issues related to artificial and natural consciousness, the reliability of intelligent systems, digital trust, and the safe interaction between humans and technologies.

The Association brings together a team of leading Russian scientists and practitioners working on addressing pressing issues. The Association addresses theoretical and practical issues related to modern high‑tech society, conducts research in the field of digital economy, and carries out, organizes, and coordinates scientific work, including with international participation.

The Association’s strategic partners and members include the Russian Association of the Crypto Industry and Blockchain (RAСIB), the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (Faculty of Integrated Security of the Fuel and Energy Complex), and the Association of Technoparks of the Russian Federation (TPB Group of Companies). Pragma Consulting — Russian technologies of the future, the S.A. Lebedev Institute of Precision Mechanics and Computer Engineering, the Infovoch Group of Companies.

The Association participates in work related to the certification of the security of solutions in the field of the digital economy in cooperation with authorized organizations of the Russian Federation.

The Association has a Coordination Council, which is designed to define the development strategy and coordinate its efforts.

The Association publishes the scientific and practical journal "Bulletin of Modern Digital Technologies", which is included in the List of the Higher Attestation Commission and the White List.

The Association includes a number of divisions, including the Center for the Development of Cryptocurrencies. and digital financial assets, formed in April 2018 within the framework of VINITI RAS with the support of the FANO of the Russian Federation.

In 2021, the research work on the topic 0003-2019-007 “Research into the prospects for the development of technologies for digital financial assets (cryptocurrencies) and distributed ledgers (blockchain) for their application in the field of digital transformation of technologies and the economy of the Russian Federation” was successfully completed.

Within the framework of the Association, the training of scientific personnel and the examination of dissertations are carried out.
